This page covers the public APV Manager website only. The product application (accounts, files, scans) has its own processing, at the client and at Fereo.
Data collected
The demo form collects: first name, last name, email, phone, company, city, role, number of sites, message, page language, and consent. No vehicle media is collected on this site.
Purpose
To answer a request for a demonstration or pricing. Legal basis: legitimate B2B interest and the consent checkbox on the form.
Retention
Requests are kept for 24 months, or until a deletion request. A STOP reply by email is enough to stop follow-up.
Recipients
Fereo SRL. Email is sent through the configured SMTP mailbox when mail is set up. Prospect files are not sold.
Rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection: write to info@fereo.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD) or to the CNIL if you are in France.
